Second Language Acquisition Assignment

The subject of my research is a family who has two children.  Putri  Larasati is the Lala’s sister who was 8 years old. Meanwhile Lala Priyanti is 4 years old. Lala is second child from Mr. Joko Winarno is 33 years old and Mrs. Sri Dewi is 30 years old. They are speak javanese every day. Her father is a farmer and her mother is house wife.

OCCASION 1

On Sunday at 09.00 am. Mother of his 30 year old talked with Lala aged 4 years old in the house.

Ibu Sri             : ndok nengendi toh koe, arep tak suapi maem iki lo.

Lala                 : emoh lah buk, arep jajan wae.

Ibu Sri             : maem ndisek yo koe iki urung sarapan.

Lala                 : emoh aku buk.

Ibu Sri             : engko nek wes maem oleh jajan.

Lala                 : endi njalok duite ndikek.

Ibu Sri             : wong dikongkon maem ndisek gek jajan malah njalok duit piye toh ndok.

                          Iyo engko tak wei tenan.

Lala                 : njalok duit ndikek buk, sewu yo..

Ibu Sri             : yowes engko ndisik tak jupukke.

Lala                 : (ngguyu-ngguyu… asyik)………….

Ibu Sri             : iki duite.. wes maem ndikek yo ndok engko gek jajan..

Lala                 : kene suapi aku yo buk.

Ibu Sri             : yowes nyerak kene ndikik.

OCCASION 2

During lunch at twelve o'clock.  The conversation between Lala is 4 years old and Mrs. Sri is 30 years old in house.

Lala                 : buk nyuwon maem.

Ibu Sri             : engko ndisek yo tak jupukke.

Lala                 : nganggo pitik goreng yo buk!!

Ibu Sri             : ibuk ki ora masak pitik  ndok…. nganggo endok wae yo???

Lala                 : emoh..emoh… njalok pitik goreng..

Ibu Sri             : saiki nganggo endok ndikek,, sesok esok tak tukoke pitik gelem yo??

Lala                 : emoh.. saiki gelemme..

Ibu Sri             : pasare wes tutup ndok, sesok esok tak tukokke tenan.

Lala                 : tenan lo mak ojo ngapusi!!!!

Ibu Sri             : yo sesok tak tukokke tenan, wes saiki maem ndiki nganggo endok.

Lala                 : yowes kene tak maem.

OCCASION 3

At four o'clock in the afternoon. Talks between Mrs. Sri, Putri and Lala at home particularly in the house and terrace.

Ibu Sri             : nengdi Lala iki kok wes sore urung muleh.

                          ( pas ndelok neng jobo omah Buk Sri ketemu karo Putri neng teras omah)

                          Put nengdi adimu Lala iki..

Putri                : emboh aku ora weroh Putri dewean ket mau iki.

Ibu Sri             : kepiye koe iki adimu kok ora dideloki dolan nengdi.

Putri                : (meneng wae)…

Ndilalah Lala teko…..

Ibu Sri             : wadoh La kepiye koe iki, ket mau tak goleki..

Lala                 : seko dolanan boneka karo Eka, buk.

Ibu Sri             : sesok meneh nek dolan pamit karo ibuk yo La!!! ben ora khawatir ibuk iki..

Lala                 : iyo….

Ibu Sri             : wes ndang ados kono, wes sore..

Lala                 : mengko lah buk tak dolanan karo mbak Putri ndikik..

Ibu Sri             : ados ndikik dolanan teros,, engko nek wes ados ndang dolanan meneh.

Lala                 : (malah dolanan karo Putri)….

Ibu Sri             : (njerit ngundang Lala) Lala……………..

Lala                 : (iyo..iyo…langsung melayu neng kamar mandi)……

The conclusion is that the research above is in according with the theory of SLA (Second Language Acquisition) book. Because of this communications, including the characteristics of baby talk and there is interaction between mother and child.
